Ho Ho Ho.. Merry Christmas peeps.. Sempena Christmas hari ni, we all nak share order received from one of our regular customer, Pn. Zaida. She ordered 12 pcs of buttercream cupcakes bertemakan Christmas.

Besides cuppies, Pn. Zaida juga ada order 2 set of 35pcs praline chocolate. Satu bertemakan New Year, satu lagi pula untuk Birthday.

PopCake Class

Last weekend I attended popcake class with popcake guru, Pn. Ena Malek (popcake2u.blogspot.com). Cikgu Ena baik dan sgt peramah orangnya.. sangat mahir membuat popcake dan segala macam cakes.

In that class, we learnt how to make popcake from scratch. We've been taught how to make different types of popcakes i.e., popcake ball, popcake bites, lolly popcake etc. Tak lupa juga cara2 design and deco popcakes. Here are some of the pics..

Order from our aunty, Cik Lyn for her son's wedding on 19th Dec 2010. She ordered 300pcs of cupcakes for doorgift. Cik Lyn tak kisah on the colors and design.. so we made 5 different designs with different colors...

50 pcs love design fondant cupcakes. Colour: Baby blue & White
